It All Starts from the HEART...

 

I'm starting to realised alot of things about life... like how we can't always pre-empt all situations
or how others respond to us... but I always tell myself that...

No matter wat I do.. I just need to do it from the heart... at times it's a tough call... when you're exposed to such vulnerability...

Some i've spoken words of humility.. plucking up every ounce of courage.. putting down my pride.. inspired by the messaged of "Forgiveness" preached... & I'm glad I did...

Others i've let them go... cos some things are better left unsaid...

This week has been draining.. now down and out with flu and cough... all raved up to go party previous night.. only to be weathered down with tissues and cough drops...

However, today was a rare opportunity to learn from hotel chef... to master the art of culinary... preparing the dishes which includes the "tempura", "tom yam soup" and "chilli crabs"... One day I shall cook for my beloved.. and that'll be from my heart too.. cos as u know cooking is not my speciality... :P

I want to thank God from my heart.. for this life, this love, this air I breathe... of freedom.. of happiness.. of peace to know that He loves me too... :D
